++ About the Guarantee
The "3+3 Guarantee" is an expression of our confidence in our products and services. Our philosophy is that if we do a good job on our products, configuration facilities, and documentation, we should have a low volume of repair orders and support calls.
Under this guarantee, each CAI Networks hardware product we sell carries:
A three-year warranty
Three years of Technical Support
Upon expiration of the three-year period, the warranty and support can be extended for additional one-year periods.
++ About the Warranty
The warranty covers components of CAI Networks' hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, we will rectify any defective component at no charge. We offer a 24-hour express exchange service, which lets you receive a replacement unit before returning the defective one.

The Support provision covers Technical Support services during normal business hours. Support contact can be made by phone, email, or fax. Support hours can be extended as an option for a surcharge.
